Returns & Exchanges
Because PRTCL products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once an order has been shipped and delivered, it cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package or product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the case and, if confirmed, we will send a replacement or resolve the issue appropriately.
Shipping Damage
PRTCL carefully packages all shipments to ensure product integrity during transit. However, if damage occurs during shipping, we will make it right.
